  If material is coming out of the paint head of your WAGNER Paint Sprayer, a sealing ring 341331 might be missing; mount the sealing ring. Alternatively, the paint head may be damaged by backwashing or, if it's an aluminum paint head (SF33 Pro), it might be cracked; in either case, replace the paint head.

  If your WAGNER Paint Sprayer is running but making a strange noise, a gearwheel inside the gearbox may be damaged; replace the gear wheel, including the 8 sleeves, and remove any broken pins in the gear housing. Another cause could be a vibrating fan cover; tighten the screws of the fan cover. Alternatively, the transmission may be whistling; run it in for approximately 2 hours under load (spraying pressure with water around 200 bar); if there's no improvement, replace the internally geared gearwheel.

  If the manometer on your WAGNER Paint Sprayer shows strong pulsation, the glycerine filling in the manometer might be too low (it should be approximately 5mm below the scale's top edge, around 95% full). Top it up with glycerine, using a disposable syringe to remove some from an old manometer if needed.
