  If you see a WiFi error symbol on your Warmup Thermostat, it likely means the WiFi is not set up. To resolve this: 1. Download and open the MyHeating App. 2. Remove the thermostat from the wall. 3. Scan the QR code on the back of the display. 4. Place the thermostat back on the wall and power it up. 5. The thermostat will be in pairing mode for 1 minute. The app should automatically connect to your phone. 6. Follow the instructions in the App.

  If your Warmup Thermostat's heating is coming on earlier than programmed, it is likely due to the Adaptive learning (Early start) feature being enabled. This feature uses historical heating/cooling rates, time of day, external temperatures, and forecast external temperatures to calculate the heating start time, ensuring the desired temperature is reached by the start of the comfort period. This function only operates in Program Mode.

  If your Warmup Thermostat displays a Control (5 & 6) / Internal Air sensor error, follow these steps: 1. Check Table 1.0 to ensure you have selected the correct thermostat application. 2. An electrician is required to verify that the floor sensor has been wired correctly. If correctly wired, the electrician should check the sensor's resistance using a multimeter. The resistance should measure between 8K and 12K ohms for temperatures between 20°C and 30°C. If a fault is found and the thermostat is in the room to be heated, set it to “Air Mode” (see Table 1.0 for instructions). If the error persists in air mode, the thermostat may need replacement.
