Low Flow of Cold Water or Hot Water or Both
Possible Reason
Solution
Water Pressure
Verify the building water pressure is 40-60.
Check with Pressure regulator.
Filters blocked Verify the filters are not partially blocked.
Solenoid Valve Verify the valves function correctly.
Calcium Build Up in the hot tank or the hot
water outlet.
Descale the hot tank.
