In vehicles from 9.98 with IHKA (automatic
heating and air conditioning), the IHKA control
unit and the control unit of the supplementary
heater have to be re-coded.
In vehicles with IHR (integrated heating
control), no coding has to be carried out.
The coding version current at the time should
be used for coding purposes.
Having finished the coding, the 2-pole
voltage supply plug on the park heating unit
must be unplugged for approx. 1 minute.
