Place batteries in the hand-held transmitter
Open battery compartment lid (1) in the direction
of the arrow.
Place two standard batteries (type MN21) (2) as
shown in the hand-held transmitter (3) and close
the battery compartment again.
Please dispose of used batteries properly!
9. Making the hand-held transmitter operational
Check batteries in the hand-held transmitter
• Press OFF button (1)
- battery charge indicator light (2) blinks for
0.5 seconds = batteries O.K.
- battery charge indicator light (2) blinks after
1 second and is orange for duration of
3 seconds = batteries weak
- change batteries at next opportunity.
- battery charge indicator light (2) lights up
after 1 seconds and is orange for a duration
of 5 seconds = batteries are completely run-
down or battery is colder than 0°C
- change batteries or warm them up slightly.
Program the hand-held transmitter
When programming, the park heating should
not be switch on.
If the distance between hand-held transmitter (2)
and antenna is less than 2 metres, it could bring
about an overloading and the hand-held trans-
mitter (2) cannot be programmed.
Up to three hand-held transmitters (2) can be
programmed for one receiver.
• Place batteries in the battery compartment of
the hand-held transmitter (2).
• Remove 1A fuse (F1) from the fuse holder (3) of
the park heating wiring harness.
• Wait for at least 5 seconds.
• Insert 1A fuse (F1) in the fuse holder (3) and
within 5 seconds operate the OFF button (1) of
the hand-held transmitter (2) for at least 1
second.
• The programming procedure is finished.
Programming of a second or third hand-held
transmitter (2) is carried out in the same way.
