The excess flow safety device might have activated. To reset it, turn all burner control knobs and the cylinder valve OFF. Disconnect the regulator from the cylinder. Turn burner control knobs to HIGH and wait at least 1 minute. Then, turn burner control knobs OFF, reconnect the regulator to the cylinder, and slowly turn the cylinder valve on. Refer to 'Lighting Instructions'.
What to do if my Weber Grill burner does not light?
Try relighting the burner by holding the burner control knob down, and continue holding it down until 20 seconds after the burner has ignited. When relighting, wait to see the entire ceramic surface become alight before counting 20 seconds. Also, replace the battery in the igniter button module and reseat the burner ring.
