www.merrycheftechnical.com
Ensure there is no debris between the QTS screen and the overlay film.
Ensure the QTS assembly is installed correctly
Replace the overlay and clean the glass of the touchscreen, execute a screen calibration.
Lastly, replace the QTS.

Check mains supply voltage and compare with displayed voltage in visual view.
If similar the fault lies within the kitchen mains supply.
If significantly different, check all connections from the mains supply to the SRB. If
correct, replace SRB.
