7 Trouble shooting
Values as the external supply voltage, the accumulator supply voltage and the fuses are
automatically controlled by the main clock.
Should there be an error, the error symbol
"E" is flashing in the time display ( Ill.).
In order to have the specific error indicated:
1. Press the ENTER key and keep it pressed down.
2. Press the MENUE key with the
ENTER key pressed down, display:
3. Press the ENTER key once again.
the specific error message appears:
Should there be several error messages, switch between the messages using the
keys 1 or 2 .
4. Press the MENUE key to return to the time display.
The following error messages could be indicated. Fix the error as described in the column
"remedy":
error message* meaning remedy
"Missing Supply" breakdown of the 24 V DC power supply restore the power supply
"Internal Fuse Fault" failure of the main fuse ("MAINS") replace the main fuse
"External Fuse Fault" failure of the sec. clock fuse ("SLAVE") replace the secondary clock fuse.
"Low Batt." insufficient accumulator voltage recharge accumulator by
restoring power supply. Should
the accumulator be low again
after a short time, replace it.
*according to the basic configuration.
NOTICE!
Once the power supply is restored, the secondary clocks are automatically adapted to
the current time.
