PROBLEM CAUSE SOLUTION
Saw overheats.
Tool forced to work too fast.
Do not force the tool and make sure
the workpiece is compatible with the
blade in use.
The extension cord is too long
or too thin.
See page 8 for selecting the proper
size of extension cord for your tool.
Blocked motor housing vents.
Blow dust out of the motor housing
vents while wearing safety goggles
and dust mask.
