Why won't my Wen LL2156 motor start?

  The motor may fail to start for several reasons. First, ensure the unit is properly plugged into a power source. Second, check that you are using the correct size and length of extension cord. Other potential causes include worn carbon brushes (replace them) or a blown fuse on the main PCB (replace the fuse F5AL250V).

What to do if my Wen LL2156 Saw has excessive vibration?

  Excessive vibration can occur due to several reasons. Try adjusting the machine speed up or down. Ensure the machine is secured to the work surface. Check and adjust the blade tension. Make sure you are using the hold-down foot and that it's properly adjusted to slightly clear the workpiece. Also, check the machine for any loose fasteners.

Why do my Wen LL2156 blades keep breaking?

  Blades may break due to several reasons. If the blade tension is set too high, reduce it. The blade size might be incorrect, so use a larger (thicker) blade more suitable for the job. Also, the blade tooth pitch could be incorrect, so choose a blade with more or fewer teeth per inch (TPI), ensuring a minimum of 3 teeth contact the workpiece at all times. Finally, excessive pressure on the blade can cause breakage, so reduce the pressure and let the tool do the work.
