Impoant Safety Instructions
● Always be sure any cat or kien in your household that might use the Lier-Robot
weighs at least 1.36 kg. Cats must weight 1.36 kg or more to safely use the
Lier-Robot in Automatic Mode.
● Always place the Lier-Robot on a rm, level suace. Avoid so, uneven, or unstable
flooring, which may aect the ability of the unit to detect your cat. If using lier mats
or rugs, place in front of the unit. Do not place mats paially under the unit. If the unit
must be placed on carpeting, it is strongly recommended to use the Carpet Tray
accessory that is available for purchase on Lier-Robot.com.
● Always unplug the unit before servicing.
● Never force your cat into the Lier-Robot.
● Never put anything in the unit other than clumping lier or lier beads and crystals
that are small enough to pass through the screen. Translucent or white-colored lier
(most oen seen in crystal lier) may impact the lier level and Drawer Full Indicator
(DFI) accuracy.
● Never sit on or place anything on top of the Lier-Robot.
● Never push the Lier-Robot against a wall or into a corner (should not be touching
any walls for accurate weight measurements).
● Never wet or submerge the Bonnet or Base.
● Never allow children and persons with reduced physical, sensory, or mental
capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge use, clean, or maintain the
Lier-Robot without supervision, instruction concerning its use in a safe way, and
understanding of the hazards involved. Children younger than 8 years of age should
not be allowed contact with the Lier-Robot.
● Never allow children or others to play with the Lier-Robot.
● Never use an external power supply other than the one provided with the unit.
● If the external power supply is damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
● Never modify the Lier-Robot hardware. Doing so could impact impoant safety
features and will void your warranty.
