Piping
Đường ống
The suction pipe should be larger than the discharge pipe. Make the piping run as short as possible and minimize the number of elbows.
The piping should be adequately supported on both sides to reduce mechanical stress on the pump.
Ống hút phải lớn hơn ống xả. Sử dụng đường ống càng ngắn càng tốt và hạn chế số lượng co. Đường ống phải được đỡ ở cả hai mặt để giảm ứng
suất cơ học trên máy bơm.
* Install a stop valve on the suction side and the discharge side of the pump.
* Gắn van chặn ở cửa hút và cửa xả máy bơm.

- Close the discharge valve (2) and open the air vent screw (4).
- Đóng van xả (2) và mở vít thông gió (4).
- Open the suction valve (1) to fill the pump with water.
- Mở van hút (1) để nạp nước cho máy bơm.
- Close the air vent screw (4) when water comes out.
- Vặn vít thông gió (4) khi nước trào ra.
- Open the discharge valve (2).
- Mở van xả (2).
Start-up of the pump
Khởi động máy bơm
1. Make sure the pump has been primed and open the discharge valve.
Đảm bảo đã mồi nước máy bơm và mở van xả.
2. Switch on the power and verify that the motor rotates in right direction. Then turn on the power to pump up water.
Mở điện và kiểm tra xem động cơ quay đúng hướng không. Sau đó, khởi động máy để bơm nước.
3. If water is not primed up, power off and reprime the pump.
Nếu không mồi nước được, tắt nguồn và mồi nước lại.
4. Make sure that the pump operates without any problem. Then open and close the water tap to verify no leakage.
Đảm bảo máy bơm vận hành trơn tru. Mở và đóng vòi nước để kiểm tra rò rỉ.
• Check the pressure gauge to confirm stable suction and discharge pressure. If the pressure fluctuates, Reprime the pump.
Kiểm tra áp kế để đảm bảo áp lực hút và xả ổn định. Nếu áp lực hút và xả chập chờn, mồi nước lại.
• Verify the electronic current flow doesn’t exceed the rated value marked on the nameplate.
Đảm bảo lưu lượng không vượt quá giá trị định mức ghi trên nhãn máy.
