- The pump should be installed indoors. In case of installing outdoors, set eaves to avoid exposure to wind and rain, and prevent the
pump from freezing.
- Nên lắp đặt máy bơm trong nhà. Nếu lắp đặt ngoài trời, phải lắp đặt mái hiên để tránh mưa gió và ngăn đóng băng máy bơm.
- The pump should be in pressurized condition. (Recommended suction pressure: 0.2kgf/cm
2
).

To prevent dry running, the water tank should always be higher than the suction port of the pump. Keep the minimum suction
pressure at all times.
Để ngăn chạy khô, mực nước bên trong bể nước phải luôn cao hơn cửa hút máy bơm. Đảm bảo áp lực hút tối thiểu trong mọi trường
hợp.

- Even in a pressurized condition, if an elbow is used, the suction piping should never be of smaller diameter than the pump suction.
- Nếu sử dụng co ở điều kiện chịu áp, đường kính đường ống hút không được nhỏ hơn đường kính cửa hút máy bơm.
- An elbow close to the pump suction flange should be avoided. Abnormal noise and vibration may occur.
- Tránh lắp co gần với mặt bích cửa hút máy bơm. Có thể phát sinh tiếng ồn và độ rung bất thường.
- The piping should be adequately supported on both sides to reduce mechanical stress on the pump.
- Đường ống phải được đỡ ở cả hai mặt để giảm ứng suất cơ học trên máy bơm.
- Make the piping run as short as possible and minimize the number of elbows.
- Sử dụng đường ống càng ngắn càng tốt và hạn chế số lượng co.
- Attach a strainer for filtering foreign objects to the end of the suction piping.
- Gắn lưới lọc tạp chất ở phía cuối đường ống hút.
- Install a stop valve on the suction side and the discharge side of the pump to make pump maintenance easier.
- Lắp van chặn ở cửa hút và cửa xả máy bơm để bảo dưỡng máy bơm dễ hơn.
- Install the bypass on the discharge side to make pump maintenance easier.
- Lắp ống nhánh nối tắt ở cửa xả máy bơm để bảo dưỡng máy bơm dễ hơn.
- When the pressure tank is damaged, the discharge pressure can fluctuate or the piping can leak.
- Khi bị hỏng bình áp suất, áp lực xả có thể tăng giảm hoặc đường ống có thể bị rò rỉ.
- To minimize noise of the pump, install a flexible joint on the suction piping and the discharge piping, and use an anti-vibration
rubber.
- Để giảm bớt tiếng ồn máy bơm, lắp một khớp nối mềm ở đường ống hút và xả, đồng thời sử dụng cao su chống rung.
- The suction piping size should be same or lager than the piping size of pump manifold.
- Đường ống hút phải có cùng kích cỡ hoặc lớn hơn đường ống dẫn của máy bơm.
