2.1 Identification of safety instructions
These installation and operating instructions set out safety instruc-
tions for preventing personal injury and damage to property, which are
displayed in different ways:
• Safety instructions relating to personal injury start with a signal
word and are preceded by a corresponding symbol.
• Safety instructions relating to property damage start with a signal
word and are displayed without a symbol.
Signal words

Failure to follow the instructions will result in serious injury or death!
• WARNING!
Failure to follow instructions can lead to (serious) injury!
• CAUTION!
Failure to follow instructions can lead to property damage and pos-
sible total loss.
• NOTICE!
