7.1 Care safety instructions
Regular cleaning is essential in order to ensure
problem-free operation of the coffee machine and to
ensure optimum coffee quality.
Health hazard/hygiene
• Milk is very sensitive. Germs that can pose
ahealth hazard can build up in the milk
system.
> Use the milk system rinsing to clean the milk
system daily after use.
> Perform system cleaning at least every 7days
or 250brewing cycles.
> After the system cleaning cycle has been run,
the milk foamer and the steam nozzle must
be cleaned manually.
> Replace the milk hose when needed, but no
later than 6months.
> Replace the mixer hose when needed.
> Follow all hygiene instructions.
> Follow the HACCP cleaning schedule.

• Germs can multiply in acoffee machine that
is not in use.
> Perform all cleaning work before and after
the machine is shut off each time.
