11. SAWDUST REMOVAL (See Fig. Q)
Your saw includes a hose adapter tube that attaches to
the built-in dust extraction port on the saw (See Fig. Q).
This adapter tube can be attached to a wet/dry vacuum
cleaner (sold separately). This will help remove dust,
chips and cutting debris away from the cutting area.
12. NON-SCRATCH BASE COVER (See Fig. R)
Your saw includes a non-scratch base cover. Attach it to
your saw’s base when you are cutting work pieces that
have delicate surfaces (finishes) such as vinyls, plastics,
fiberglass, laminate flooring and tiles that could easily
be scratched or scraped with the steel base on the saw.
