Concealing or Showing Job Names
You can conceal job names from displaying in the Active Jobs and Completed Jobs lists in Xerox
®
CentreWare
®
Internet Services.
1. In Xerox
®
CentreWare
®
Internet Services, click Properties  Security.
2. Click Conceal Job Names.
Note: If prompted to enter a user name and password, for information about logging in as an
administrator, refer to Accessing the Xerox
®
CentreWare
®
Internet Services Administrator Account.
3. Select an option:
• Show All Job Names: This option allows job names to appear in the Active Jobs and
Completed Jobs lists.
• Conceal All Job Names: This option prevents all job names from appearing in the Active Jobs
and Completed Jobs lists.
4. Click Apply.
