• To apply MRC High Compression to PDF and XPS format files, for MRC High Compression, select EEnnaabblleedd. From
the Quality menu, select the required quality setting.
• To create a searchable-text PDF or XPS file:
– For Searchable Text, select EEnnaabblleedd.
– From the Language of the Original menu, select the language.
– To apply text compression, from the Text Compression menu, select EEnnaabblleedd.
Note: Not all the file retrieval settings can be enabled. For assistance, contact your system administrator.
