To reduce the likelihood of more than one envelope discharging at once, increase the friction on the
Separator by turning the “DO NOT ADJUST” knob in the center of the feeder counterclockwise. This
will lower the O-rings on the bottom of the Separator Assembly.













Lowering the Separator (increase friction for better separation)


checkthattheseparatorassemblydidnotjump
outoftheJ‐channelsinthefeeder(see below).
NOTE:Ifthethreadedstud(bluearrow)no
longerturnsduetothestop(redarrow),youcan
liftthe“donotadjustknob” overthestopand
continueturningtheknob(seebelow).
