What to do if my Xerox W110 Scanner won't scan?

If your Xerox Scanner isn't scanning, inspect the cable connections to ensure they are secure. Turn the scanner on; if the status light remains off, try a different electrical outlet. Restart your computer and power cycle the scanner. If using a USB hub, connect the scanner directly to the computer. Ensure the USB cable is 6’ or less and that the correct scanner is selected.
