Xiaomi Redmi A1 - Sound and Volume Control

Turn on Do not disturb mode
With the mode enabled, you can only get notified by important people and
Apps.
1. Go to Settings > Sound > Do not disturb.
2. Tap TURN ON NOW.
Tip
• You can also set the people, Apps, alarms and other interruptions that can reach
you.
• You can also set the schedules for sleeping and events.
Change the phone ringtone
1. Go to Settings > Sound.
2. Tap Phone ringtone to show the ringtone list.
3. Choose a ringtone in the phone ringtone list.
4. Tap OK.

You can also tap Add ringtone to set your ringtone from local files.
Vibrate for calls
1. Go to
Settings > Sound > Vibrate for calls.
2. Choose a vibration frequency from Never vibrate, Always vibrate, or Vi-
brate first then ring gradually.
Enable Silent mode
You can silence calls and notifications with Silent mode enabled.
1. Go to Settings > Sound.
2. Tap to enable Silent mode.
Change the notification sound
1. Go to Settings > Sound.
2. Tap Default notification sound to show the ringtone list.
3. Choose a ringtone in the pop-up window.
4. Tap OK.
