If take inverter as host and set P3.10 as 248 , it can send broadcast command to

When serial port failed and the duration over the reference value

the inverter will judge it as communication fault.
When set the value as 0, the inverter will not detect the serial communication port and this function disabled.
It refers to time from inverter
