RESET / DISABLE Button
Resetting the detector unlatches all latched alarms and faults, returns relays to their normal state and clears
the active event list.
l To reset the detector, press this button once.
Disabling the detector disables all the output relays associated with the detector. The aspirator remains
active.
l To disable the detector, press and hold the button for approximately 2 seconds, until the DISABLED
LEDilluminates.
l To re-enable the unit, press and hold the button for approximately 2 seconds, until the DISABLED
LEDdeactivates.
l While the detector is disabled, any faults may be cleared by pressing this button once.
The button will not operate if:
l the detector is disabled through the GPI function; or
l the RESET / DISABLE button has been locked out in the programming.
