Follow the “Step” order for removal.
Flywheel magneto cover (for EH models)
Manual starter (for MH models)
1 Throttle Cable 2 NOTE:
When adjusting the Throttle Cables, make
sure the throttle control cam stopper
touches the bracket stopper (throttle fully-
opened) and then tighten the locknuts.
2 Engine Stop Switch Lead (for MH/EH models) 1
3 Grommet
4 Locknut 1
5 Nut 1 NOTE:
6 Plate 1 Tighten the nut to the specified torque.
Then while still holding this nut, tighten
the locknut to the specified torque.
7 Bushing 1
8 Steering Handle Ass’y (for MH/EH models) 1
