Emergency starting engine (electric
start model)
1. Remove the top cowling and protective
cover.
2. Pull off the 10-pin connector from the
clamp and remove the flywheel magnet
cover (if equipped).
3. Remove the flywheel magnet cover after
removing the bolt(s).
4. Be sure that the gear shift is in neutral
and that the clip is attached to the en-
gine shut-off switch. The main switch
must be “ ” (on), if equipped.
