This log splitter was partially assembled at the factory. To assemble your machine follow the below instructions.
ASSEMBLY
BEAM PIVOT BRACKET
2. Follow the same procedure to disassemble the triangle bracket
from the right beam mount of unit.
3. Slowly pull the beam in a straight line until the pivot casing
in the tank pivot mount is locked by the U-shaped bracket in
the beam. Then make sure the hole in the beam pivot bracket
aligns with the pivot hole in the tank pivot mount. (See Figure
2b.)
1. Disassemble the triangle bracket from the left beam mount of
unit. (Remove the bolts and nuts, See Figure 2a.)
4. Insert the pivot bolt and secure with the bridge pin.
If beam is pulled left or to the right, this could cause
instability of the product and could result in injury.
