Wedge movement is
slow or erratic
1. Air in the hydraulic oil system
2. Debris lodged in beam guides
3. Low hydraulic oil
1. Purge air by extending and retracting
the wedge several times until motion is
smooth
2. Clear debris from beam
3. Check oil level and add as needed
Oil leak from cylinder
1. Faulty cylinder rod seal
2. Scored or bent cylinder rod
3. Loose hydraulic tting
4. Faulty combination washer seal on
cylinder hydraulic tting
1. Contact customer service
