E2 Motor Setup
E2-01 Motor Rated Current
Setting Range: Model Dependent
Factory Default: Model Dependent
The Motor Rated Current parameter (E2-01) is used by the Drive to protect the motor and for proper Vector control when using
Open Loop Vector or Flux Vector control methods (A1-02 = 2 or 3). The motor protection parameter L1-01 is enabled by
default. Set E2-01 to the full load amps (FLA) stamped on the motors nameplate.
During Auto-tuning, it is required for the operator to enter the motors rated current (T1-04) in the Auto-Tuning menu. If the
Auto-tuning operation completes successfully (T1-02 = 0), the value entered into T1-04 will automatically be written into E2-
01.
E2-02 Motor Rated Slip
Setting Range: Model Dependent
Factory Default: Model Dependent
This parameter sets the motor rated slip frequency in units of 0.01Hz. If the rotational Auto-tuning operation completes successfully,
this value is automatically calculated. The default setting varies depending on the drive model number (o2-04). The following
