If the message “It is not possible to connect, because the controller type is different.” is displayed, MPE720 may have
been connected to the Ethernet Module by selecting a project* that does not match the model of the target Machine
Controller (CPU). Select the project* appropriate for the target Machine Controller (CPU) and connect to the Ethernet
Module.
