A.Eb1:
Safety Function
Signal Input Tim-
ing Error
The delay between
activation of the
/HWBB1 and
/HWBB2 input sig-
nals for the HWBB
was ten second or
longer.
Measure the time delay
between the /HWBB1
and /HWBB2 signals.
The output signal circuits
or devices for /HWBB1
and /HWBB2 or the SER-
VOPACK input signal cir-
cuits may be faulty.
Alternatively, the input sig-
nal cables may be discon-
nected. Check to see if
any of these items are
faulty or have been dis-
connected.
A failure occurred in
the SERVOPACK.
Replace the SERVO-
PACK.
A.EC8:
Gate Drive Error 1
(An error
occurred in the
gate drive circuit.)
A failure occurred in
the SERVOPACK.
Turn the power supply to
the SERVOPACK OFF and
ON again. If an alarm still
occurs, the SERVOPACK
may be faulty. Replace the
SERVOPACK.
A.EC9:
Gate Drive Error 2
(An error
occurred in the
gate drive circuit.)
A.EF9:
INDEXER Alarm
An alarm occurred in
the INDEXER.
Use the SigmaWin+ to
identify the INDEXER
alarm.
Use the correction for the
INDEXER alarm.

A.F10:
Power Supply
Line Open Phase
(The voltage was
low for more than
one second for
phase R, S, or T
when the main
power supply
was ON.)
The three-phase
power supply wiring is
not correct.
Check the power sup-
ply wiring.
Make sure that the power
supply is correctly wired.
*1
The three-phase
power supply is
unbalanced.
Measure the voltage for
each phase of the
three-phase power sup-
ply.
Balance the power sup-
ply by changing phases.
A single-phase power
supply was input with-
out specifying a sig-
nal-phase AC power
supply input (Pn00B =
n.1).
Check the power sup-
ply and the parameter
setting.
Match the parameter set-
ting to the power supply.
*1
A failure occurred in
the SERVOPACK.
Turn the power supply to
the SERVOPACK OFF and
ON again. If an alarm still
occurs, the SERVOPACK
may be faulty. Replace the
SERVOPACK.
A.F50:
Servomotor Main
Circuit Cable Dis-
connection
(The Servomotor
did not operate or
power was not
supplied to the
Servomotor even
though the /S-ON
signal was input
when the Servo-
motor was ready
to receive it.)
A failure occurred in
the SERVOPACK.
The SERVOPACK may be
faulty. Replace the SER-
VOPACK.
The wiring is not cor-
rect or there is a faulty
contact in the motor
wiring.
Check the wiring.
Make sure that the Servo-
motor is correctly wired.
