Function Queries the statistics count of the delay between
channels.
Syntax
:MEASure:{CHANnel<x1>[:SCHannel<x2>]|

<x1> = 1 to 4, 7
<x2> = 1 to 60 (sub channel)
<x3> = 1, 2
