Usage Features:

  • Intuitive Interface: The front panel features a clear display and dedicated buttons for AC and DC outputs, along with a power button for startup and shutdown. The display provides real-time feedback on power status, charging/discharging time, and warnings.
  • GridFlow Fast Charging: Allows for rapid recharging from an AC wall outlet, with a maximum input of 1,800W. The charging power can be adjusted via the Zendure App. An overload switch protects the unit if the AC input current exceeds 20A.
  • Multiple Recharging Options: In addition to AC, the SuperBase Pro 2000 can be recharged via solar panels (up to 600W via XT60 or 1,800W via AC input) and car chargers (12V/24V-10A).
  • AmpUp Mode: This feature allows the power station to power devices with a maximum wattage of 3,000W, even though its rated output is 2,000W, by dynamically adjusting voltage and current. It's particularly useful for heating devices but not recommended for appliances with strict voltage requirements or precise instruments.
  • Offline UPS Function: Provides an uninterruptible power supply by automatically switching to battery power within 13ms during a blackout when connected to grid power. This is an offline UPS and not suitable for devices requiring 0ms switching, such as data servers.
  • Zendure App Control: The dedicated app enables remote monitoring and control of the power station, including adjusting charging power, activating AmpUp Mode, and managing Sleep Mode.
  • Cell Network & GPS: Integrated connectivity allows for remote management and tracking, which can be activated/deactivated via the DC Power Button or the Zendure App.
  • Sleep Mode: Reduces input power, deactivates ambient light, and turns off sounds, which can be activated through the Zendure App. Any changes to input power, light, sound, or display standby time will deactivate Sleep Mode.
  • Automatic Shutdown: The product has a default standby time of 1 hour. If no buttons are pressed and no load is detected for this period, it will automatically shut down to conserve energy. This standby time can be customized in the Zendure App.
  • AC Output Frequency Adjustment: Users can switch between 50Hz and 60Hz for AC output by pressing and holding the AC Power Button for 3 seconds.

Maintenance Features:

  • Storage Guidelines: Store the product in a cool, dry, and ventilated place at room temperature (32°F to 110°F / 0°C to 45°C). Avoid extreme temperatures, moisture, and strong magnetic fields.
  • Battery Health: For long-term storage, it's recommended to discharge the battery to 30% and recharge it to 60% every three months to extend its lifespan. The SuperBase Pro 2000 has a hibernation mode to mitigate damage from low charge during extended storage.
  • Cleaning: Only clean the ports with a dry cloth.
  • Safety Precautions: Avoid disassembling the product. In case of damage or malfunction, consult official Zendure channels for service. Ensure proper ventilation during use and avoid blocking the fan. Securely fasten the product during transport to prevent damage from drops or vibrations.
  • Disposal: Fully discharge the battery before disposal, if possible. Consult local laws for battery recycling. If the battery cannot be fully discharged due to product failure, contact a professional battery recycling company.
