What to do if Zepro Lifting Systems tail lift is not working and the hydraulic pump doesn't start?
    • J
      John BrowningJul 29, 2025
If your Zepro Lifting Systems tail lift isn't working and the hydraulic pump won't start, here's what you can check: * Ensure the cab switch and main switch are in the On position. * Wait for the motor to cool down if it has overheated (this could take up to 30 minutes). * Unlock the radio control device if it's locked. * Inspect the fuses in the cab and tail lift; replace any blown fuses or reset tripped circuit breakers, after checking cables and connectors are securely fastened and undamaged. If the main fuse is blown, investigate the cause before replacing it.
