LOCKING FILES IN PLAYBACK MODE
To lock any files that have been taken while you are using the ZX-10,
press and hold the shoot/record button and then follow the below
steps.
1. To lock the file press the down button once. Lock will be
highlighted.
2.
Press the shoot/record button again to lock. You will be prompted
with three options: lock/unlock, lock all and unlock all.
3.
Press the down button to navigate to the option you require and
press the shoot/record button again.
4.
Select either ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ by pressing the down button, the option
will be highlighted. To confirm file protection, press the shoot/
record button. The file will now be locked.
5.
To exit the lock option menu, press the ON/OFF button two times.
Follow these steps for all three options of locking files.
8.3 LOOP RECORDING
The loop recording function allows for the ZX-10 to record
continuously, using footage intervals of 5, 10 or 15 minutes. When the
loop recording function is activated, the ZX-10 will delete the oldest
recorded loop file and replace it with the newest file when the SD card
is full.
