6 Drive Chain - Check chain slack /alignment
and condition.
- Adjust and lubricate chain with
chain lubricant thoroughly.
- Replace worn chain.
Every 600 mi (1,000 km) and after washing the motorcycle or riding in the rain.
7 Drive Belt - Check belt slack and condition.
- Replace a worn/damaged belt.
- Check for cracking and/or
replace the belt every 25K mi

- Correct if necessary.
