6 Drive Chain - Check chain slack /alignment
and condition.
- Adjust and lubricate chain with
chain lubricant thoroughly.
- Replace worn chain.
 Every 600 mi (1,000 km) and after washing the motorcycle or riding in the rain.
7 Drive Belt - Check belt slack and condition.
- Replace a worn/damaged belt.
- Check for cracking and/or
replace the belt every 25K mi
(40K km)

8 Steering
Bearings
- Check all chassis fittings and
fasteners.
- Correct if necessary.
Repack 
9 Chassis
Fasteners
- Check all chassis

10 Front Brake
Lever Pivot
Shaft
- Apply silicon grease lightly.
- Check operation and for oil
leakage.
- Service/rebuild if necessary.

11 Front Fork - Check operation and for oil
leakage.
- Service/rebuild if necessary.
 
12 Rear Shock
Absorber
Assembly
- Check operation and for oil
leakage. Replace if necessary  
