DEPARTURE CHECKLIST
INTERNAL CHECK
• Turn off water heater/ diesel heater/ pumps
• All windows locked in closed position
• All window blinds are in open “Travel” position
• TV has been removed from wall mount and placed in a secure position
• Lower main table into “Travel” position
• Canvas windows and doors are zipped closed
• Fridge doors are latched closed
• Shower head is stowed on the floor wrapped in a towel or in bathmat
EXTERNAL CHECK
• Gas bottle disconnected and stowed in storage box.
• Store external kitchen and secure catches firmly.
• All hatches and doors, including entry door have been closed & clipped correctly.
• Secure awning latches/catches.
• Stabiliser legs set to “Travel” position
• Entry step set to “Travel” position
• Disconnect water/ grey water/ grey water hoses
• Disconnect mains electricity cord if connected
• Ensure air bags are set to travel height
SAFETY CHECK
• Check safety chains & brake-safe lanyard are connected
• Check trailer & anderson plugs
• Check lights & indicators
• Check coupling is secured & cap is on.
• Check jack is set in “Travel” position
• Check handbrake is released
