When the wire-rope is on the crane for a long interval, it can become
weak and can cause a dangerous condition.
(1) Wire-Rope Inspection
Replace the wire-rope if you find one of the items that follow:
• Steel wire breaks: six on one rope layer or three on one rope strand.
