Before you put lubricant (grease) on a part by hand, clean the part then add
the lubricant.
Clean and lubricate all the sliding surface areas (bare metal, includes cylinder
pistons), not in the table, at a regular interval.
You cannot mix grease of different brands (specifications) or types.
When you inject lubricant (grease) with a grease pump, continue the
procedure until you see old grease come out of the joints.

Adjust the adjusting bolt under the brake
pedal to make sure that the free stroke
varies from 0.4 to 0.86 in. (10 to 22 mm).

Adjust the limit screw on the steering
knuckle of front axles to ensure that the limit
screws on steering axles reach their limit
position at the same time.
•
Adjust engine fan, air compressor and
generator belts to between 0.4 to 0.6 in. (10
to 15 mm).
