TheConferenceControlscreenisdisplayed.
2.SelecttheApplyChairmanoption.Iftheconferencehasnochairman,theapplication
forchairmanissuccessful.
Note:
Iftheconferencealreadyhasachairman,theapplicationforchairmanfails.Inthis
case,thesystemdisplaysadialogboxshowingthenameofthecurrentchairman
terminal.
