Introducing the PM7300-T0
1.1 Overview
The PM7300-T0 is a PON (Passive Optical Network) modem with one 10 Gbps Multi-Gigabit Ethernet LAN
port.
1.1.1 Multi-Gigabit Ethernet
The Multi-Gigabit Ethernet port on the PM7300-T0 supports a maximum connection speed of 10 Gbps,
dependent on cable type and length. Devices can also connect to the Multi-Gigabit Ethernet port at
the following speeds: 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, 2.5 Gbps, 5 Gbps and 10 Gbps.
The following table lists the maximum transmission speeds and allow distances for different Ethernet
cable types.

1.2 Ways to Manage the PM7300-T0
Use any of the following methods to manage the PM7300-T0.
• Web Configurator. This is recommended for management of the PM7300-T0 using a (supported) web
browser.
