12. Cybersecurity
Cybersecurity controls and recommendations can be found in sections
“Software Recommendations” in TRIOS Module User Manual and
TRIOS Patient Monitoring User Manual. Both User Manuals can be accessed
through the Help Center in the software or through www.3shape.com.
13. Vigilance
In case of any serious incident that has occurred in relation to the use of the device, please
report the incident to 3Shape at email: support@3shape.com and please also report it
to the competent authority of the state in which the user and/or patient is established.
