controllerandthewaterheater.
1) Checkthatallwiringisproperlyconnectedtotheremote.
2) Verifythecorrectmodelofremoteisbeingusedforthecorrespondingtanklessmodel.
3) Verifythatonlyaremote
isinstalled.Multipleremoteswillresultinthiserrorcode.
4) Ifyoudisconnecttheremotefromtheheaterwiththepowersupplyon,thiserrorcodewillresult.
Turnoffpowerbeforedisconnectingtheremotefromtheheater.
5) Checkforanysignsofpowersurges.
