Figure 44: Alarm Events Mask Register
In the example shown in Figure 44, latch features for all except event #2 are disabled.
In order to change the Mask Alarm Event Register settings, the user should select the
desired event using the joystick UP and DN buttons, and then press the RIGHT button.
The asterisk will appear in (or disappear from) the brackets to the right of the selected
event. The asterisk indicates that the event is enabled. To disable an event, remove the
corresponding asterisk. Use the ENT button to accept and save your new Mask Alarm
Event Register settings to the controller’s non-volatile memory.
c) Latch Alarm Event Register (Tabular entry)
Using the Latch Alarm Event Register settings, the user can individually enable (un
mask) or disable (mask) the latch feature for each event. The event latch is enabled if
an asterisk appears in the brackets to the right of the event name. If the event is not
latched (indicated by no asterisk), it may appear and disappear from the status screen.
It will be indicated as long as the actual event is taking place. By default, the controller
is shipped from the factory with the latch feature disabled for all events. A typical dis
play with Latch Alarm Event Register selection is shown in Figure 45:
