Line Keys and Softkeys
1. Click on Operation->Softkeys and XML.
or
Click on Operation->Expansion Module <N>.
Softkeys
2. Select from “Key 1” through “Key 10” on the Top keys.
or
Select from "Key 1" through "Key 20" on the Bottom keys.
3. In the "Type" field, select Park.
4. In the "Label" field, enter a label for the Park key.
5. In the "Value" field, enter the appropriate value based on the server in your network.
6. In the "Line" field, select a line for which to apply the Park configuration.
7. (Bottom Softkeys) In the state fields, check (enable) or uncheck (disable) the "Connected"
state for this softkey.
8. Select another key to configure for Picking up a call.
9. In the "Label" field, enter a label for the Pickup key.
10. In the "Value" field, enter the appropriate value based on the server in your network.
11. In the "Line" field, select a line for which to apply the Pickup configuration.
12. (Bottom Softkeys) In the state fields, check (enable) or uncheck (disable) the "Idle" and
"Outgoing" states for this softkey.
