Mute
You can use the Mute key in any audio mode.
Step Action Result
Activate the Mute feature:
1. During a call:
Press the Mute key.
If you place a muted call on hold, the
phone automatically takes the call off
mute when you reconnect to the call.
• The red Mute lamp flashes rapidly.
• You can hear the caller.
• The caller cannot hear you.
• There is no visual indicator on the
screen when Mute is activated.
Deactivate the Mute feature:
1. Press the Mute key again. Mute is deactivated.
Idle State Display
The idle state screen displays when your 9133i is not in use.
