6.5 Overcoming obstacles
Emergency stop function
When you let go of the joystick the SOLO stops automatically on the at surface within 1 meter

depending on the weight of the transported person, the ground, the terrain prole, etc.
If the ON/OFF button is pressed and held down while driving, the SOLO switches o󰀨 completely (without
displaying a warning message beforehand).

NOTE - Observe the wheelchair manufacturer’s information on the maximum obstacle height
in the user manual without fail!

Note - Be mindful of the anti-tip supports if you need to climb edges or obstacles
as they can otherwise be damaged.
Activate the immobiliser.
Press and hold the
plus and minus buttons
simultaneously for 2
seconds.
» SOLO switches o󰀨.
Deactivate the immobiliser.
Switch on SOLO.
Press and hold the plus and
minus buttons simultaneously
for 2 seconds.
6.6 Manual driving with drive wheels
Switch o󰀨 SOLO. Disengage the drive wheel.
Repeat on the other side.
Move manually.
WARNING – Avoid driving on slopes with drive wheels in manual operation!
CAUTION – Risk of crushing between tyre and side panel/armrest!
