10.2 Material required
Customer spare part set
Before starting operations, make sure the required customer spare part set is available (see
chapter Spare parts →98).
Customer tool
Before starting work, make sure the required tool is available (see chapter Tools →109).
Not all tools are marked with a part number. Identification is guaranteed by the tool list. This
list is enclosed with the tool set.
WARNING
Servicing the tools
The tools must be checked for damage before and after use.
u Visually inspect for corrosion, cracks, deformation and wear.
u Damaged tools must no longer be used and must be replaced.
Swivel lifting eyes
One swivel lifting eye(S) is required to safely lift this turbocharger. This is not included in
the ABB scope of delivery.

Ring nuts
Two ring nuts are required for safer lifting of the cartridge group, which are not included in
the ABB scope of delivery.
