the IED are X305, X306, X312, X313, X322 and X323.
When LDCM is used for binary signal exchange between IEDs in the same station
or even within the same panel, the fiber optic cables can be quite short (1-2
meters). With such an installation it is important to set the LDCM parameter
OptoPower = LowPower.
