SAM600 system events
The following
Table 14 lists the system events recorded by SAM600 modules.

Internal Failure Error ON only Created during various
application error
conditions. The module
tries to clear the error once
by restarting. If the error
condition persists the
module will switch-off the
SAM600 application.

initiated
Information ON only Created before the module
enters its restart
sequence.

Digital input 1 Information ON /

Created when the detected
potential of digital input
channel 1 (Test Switch)
changes.

potential on one of the
digital input channels 2..4
(Fuse Failure) changes.

Error log created when the
module detects a topology
error on one of its ports

error condition vanishes.

error log: verify
that physical
connection
between
SAM600
modules is
according to
the
configuration.
Temperature

module’s temperature
supervision raises a
temperature alarm.

when temperature alarm
condition vanishes.
In case of the
error log, check
temperature in
cubicle.
Command failure Warning ON only Created when the SAM600
module does not
successfully process a
command from the
configuration tool.
If this error
persists and the
configuration
tool fails to
execute a
certain
command, call
help line.
