Elimination
Engine Malfunctioning injection system Repair it or contact the
manufacturer
Turbocharger Air starvation, for example filter
silencer clogged with dirt
Clean it
Compressor / turbine contaminated
Exhaust counterpressure too high Clean or repair the boiler
or exhaust silencer
Damaged or eroded turbine Contact an ABB Turbo-
charging Service Station
Charge air

Cooler contaminated Clean it
Cooling water volume too low Top up the water
Entry temperature of cooling water
too high
Inspect / clean the cooling
system
